I have these, there from the AMT '69 ford talladega kit. I dont have the back side part though.

I can also send some goodyear or hoosier tire lettering if you need it.

 

these tires have "goodyear" molded on the one side but it can be sanded off or just flipped around like i have done in the pics.

I'm afraid these are too wide.  My track roadster will be from the forties or fifties, and the wide tires were not available then. It will have tire widths in the six inch range and a wheel rim width corresponding.

My best bet may be a pickup truck of that vintage, but I was hoping a wheel and tire set would be less than the price of a full kit.

I have emailed Replicas & Miniatures for more details on a couple of their offerings which sound like they may do the trick.

Try Tom's Model Garage, or DetailMaster.

They've usually got some wheels to offer, although I"m not exactly sure what you're looking for. But they DO carry some.

Thanks.  Someone just suggested that by phone to me.  He said he heard they had some new wheels and tires which are not in their latest flyer. I'll have to look into that.

Have you tried Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland? I know they have several types of tires but they don't really have a web site. I don't know how you could see what they have available.
