Deputy Dawg, that's an interesting take. i've been waiting to see some reworked batmobiles since amt released their 1/24 scale one.
TheWildChild OctaneOrange: sounds interesting. i've plans to make the Dominator (from the show 'storm chasers') what was the vehicle they built that out of?

I built this off road cherry picker by kit bashing the Moebius Lost in Space charriot with a DG Productions bucket truck.
it may not be strange but it is a bit unusual

The frame was a bash of barris "ricshaw". the woodwork is bamboo from a 50 chinese fan. The exhaust pipes were from the ricshaw kit
that exhaust on the Rubber Ducky looks sweet. i assume these are homemade? not kits?
First up is the pig rig mockup ( unfortunatly it didnt survive a recient move)
Next is the Rubber Ducky!!!
the shark looks kinda like a hot wheels car i used to have lol
i'll raise you this:
and this is from The Road Warrior
It's very creative. I remember that years and years ago I bought a big truck model that I wanted to jazz up in a "Mad Max" mode with those kind of guards and bumpers, etc. Armor, you know--the works. I never did get to it; it got sold off in one of my "stash purges"
I often "break the mold" with my builds, and bop from one subject to the next. It keeps me on my toes with techniques, and stops me from getting bored. The biggest problem is the lack of space to keep everything I want to build!
the green car? go to the dirt car group build, i have a bunch of pics of it on there. it s actually a demolition derby car.
Looks awesome. How about some pics of the wreck behind it.
i was going through an old box of built models today, and came across an old semi i had forgotten about. this isnt your standard Pete 359 however. its armored with splinter camo and a rather scary bumper lol.
Strange subjects have always intrigued me. anybody else have any kits that have been built in "different" ways? if so lets see them.
