crus, that is, hands-down, the BEST Impala build I have EVER seen. It just reeks "perfection". The paint is absolutely flawless! The underside is awesome.

Wow, You've raised the bar, for sure!

Sandy, it seems to me like you are in the forum to advertise someone's business. I hope they pay you well.

This is a fine work of art! I love the details, it's just like a real car. Anyway, I'm now in forums because I'm thinking of getting a bad credit car loan financing to get myself an Impala. It seems I like the design of your miniature car more than the ones I see online.

Beautiful work.  It looks terrific.

The '66 Impala brings back some great memories for me.  Our family had a dark blue 4-door when I was growing up.  It was our first car with air-conditioning, which came in handy when we took our first family vacation to Florida.

Finished this baby over the weekend, had tons of fun putting it together, I think it's a beautiful kit. Tires are resin, the ones in the kit did not have the Good Year logo on the side or any logo for that matter. These are more correct in size anyway. Rally wheels are sourced from another kit I had in my stash, always thought Chevies looked good with these.

Paint is Testor's flat red with Testor's One Coat clear lacquer, wetsanded, polished and waxed. Other than that, model is basically out of box. I wired and plumbed the engine and added photo etch seat belt buckles and belts in the interior. Hope you guys like it!!
