Very nice. I have never seen this one.

Its only plastic until you add imagination! Michael. aka CG63. Too many ongoing projects to list here. LOL.

Dude thats some good stuff there! The wire for the muffler retainer is awesome. My dad is an exhaust specialist and I've seen him do the same thing on his own truck!!!!

oh, well done.

I asked because I'm working on a '55 and the glass doesn't fit as good as yours did

Sprue, on that kit, the weather stripping is MOLDED ON the clear windshield.  I masked it off and painted it black.  It turned out better than I thought it would.  Thanks for the comments.

Nothing ever fits……..and when it does, its the wrong scale.

Nice build, paint and details. Esp. the details.

How did you handle the front wind shield? The weather stripping looks scratch built

The bailing wire holding the muffler on is a nice touch !  Thats just how my granddad would have fixed it!

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"

WOW, this is great.  The underneath looks great.  The best that I've ever seen.  Great weathering over all.  Looks like a farm truck from Ohio.  Yes  Cowboy  Dan

I built this one a few years back.  AMT 55 Chevy pickup kit, stretched frame, scratch-bashed bed, resin 1 ton wheels and some rust and dents.  Hope you guys like it.
