i got the body painted and decaled, Used the awesome Powerslide sheet!
Great work on the chassis and engine. This kit, along with the Petty kit, was always a favorite of mine when they first came out back in the mid 70's. It's nice to see it being built as well as yours.
Excellent work, as usual, JT. If I could climb in and hit the start switch, I'd drive it home.
Looking great! That is one kit I do want to buy and build.
OctaneOrangethat's some nice clean building there. having built the street version of this kit, the chassis makes more sense seeing it built as a racecar. (they used the same chassis/interior for the street version:-?)
thanks! the street charger and dukes of hazzard kits were based from the nascar version to save them money
mpc actually went to the Petty nascar shop and used his real car to make this kit. It's probably the most accurate nascar kit ever made
hey, been workin gon this, wanna make a nice tribute to Buddy Baker.
some progress so far. kit is very nice, just has a ton of flash, pin marks, mold lines etc lol but that makes it fun!
