This model is actually a couple years old and was the first "father - son" project I did with my son.  He helped a lot with the build and major painting and I stepped in and showed him more of the fine detail painting, fitting, etc.  He did airbrush the complete body himself though!  We've since built a couple more models together (Audi R8 Spyder, Audi A4 DTM and are currently just starting the Mercedes SLS AMG)

You know , I had hoped that my son would have gotten more into modeling  ( and may still yet) . He certainly has an admiration for it and is always asking me questions about it. Glad to see that your son is active in it and is doing well with it. Great paint work from the young lad!!

Yes sir, a mighty fine paint job indeed. All of the models look just fine, lots of enjoyment for you guys to build together, isn't it? Thanks for the post and photos.
