Oh Boy !

You've done it again ! Nice Photo-Shopping ! Trying to make us believe you did a model again . I told you before , Stop passing off real stuff as models !

Yeah , I know they are models , But Tiking , you've gotta admit they certainly look like Photo-Shopped versions of the real McCoy ! You are just plain Great and in weathering , Outstanding  ! !

I do have to ask you , How long did this one , with all the aging and other stuff did it take you ? I've got all these Heller kits including the Double Deck Bus and your's make me glad I bought them !  Tanker - Builder

Sorry for the late rely. Thank you. All-in-all, about a weeks job. Now, this kinda stretched out over a couple of weeks, because I only worked on it an hour at a time. Sometimes less on other days. But adding up the  hours would come to about, a week or just under.

That's awesome! Any pics of the chassis and engine?

Thank you. I will take some when I take more photos soon. But the engine was not my top priority. I only have wip of the engine before the final part. So I have sealed the cab as I did not add any detail to the engine. But I will upload some WIP soon. I also did not add any chassi detail as most of the areas would not be seen. I usually do lot spend too much time on areas, that are not going to be viewed by the spectator.

Awesome.  If you ever give a tutorial on weathering I'm there!

Thank you. It feels I am not doing anything new that hasn't been done before, at least not that I am aware of at the moment. But I will post links to my top weathering tutorials and builds by others I have found on YouTube, to be nothing, but excellent.

Perhaps well documented techniques - but your eye/research etc is what I'm getting at.  Right stuff in the right spot.  I really enjoy your results.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm. I never did a video before so it will be new to me. I need to get a stand alone camera, right? I will look into it and see what I can come up in terms of a theme. Thank you.

Total humor intended, please stop, I can make my models look bad all by myself, ya don't have to show me photoshopped pix of your daily driver. TOTALLY MEANT AS HUMOROUS!! Tiking your builds are inpiring and AMAZINGLY well done. Please laugh as I mean NO disrespect. So will you finance that fine vehicle? Or is it cash only?

Humorous it most certainly is.... Good one. Disrespect? None taken armornut. It's all good.  But cash only. Thank you.

Just Vaccumn out the interior, and your ready for another 100,000 Mile's.

Your weathering alway's amazes me , the Diamond plate behind the cab look's real to me !

HECK ,,, the whole truck look's real !

Old, but run's ..... is that a sale's pich ?  I'd say it's worth at least $ 5,000 as a trade - in.

Thank you for that. Sale pitch? Never thought of that but now, come to think of it. Sounds darn good.

Looks like your mixed feelings didn't affect the final result. I'm always amazed at the depth of detail in your builds - outstanding!

It’s been mix feelings with this Heller kit. But seeing that it was a very old kit and compromises were taken into account, I now learn my way around such discrepancies in this kit. All-in-all, it was an ‘OK’ build, despite my frustrations. Barlas Pehlivan, was also kind to help answer some of my annoying questions, concerning this kit. So kudos to him.

My apologies for the pics. I will take better ones later. It was very windy outside today and I could not get the right photos I wanted. Oh well, you can’t win every time. Hope you enjoy the photos regardless.

I also added some wip photos o the interior, as it was difficult to get good shots of the interior after the roof and doors were install.
