It's older than you might think; the Monogram kit was a reissue of the original Aurora kit (I know, because I still have a couple). The Aurora kits were hit and miss due to serious accuracy issues with some of them. They had an Avanti, XKE, Aston Martin, Maserati, Ferrari, GT-40, and Chaparral, to name a few in that series. All had a lot of detail but as I mentioned, some had serious errors. The 904 was one of the better ones, IIRC.
