I built this 58 cadillac eldorado as a blueprint for a real one I am restoring. Painting this car was a challenge, 8 times to be exact because I didnt know that the Testors primer I was using was reacting with the House of Kolor paint I had. It is silver base, candy cobalt blue with clear. The kit was made by ARII. This was a good kit because they are the only ones besides the promo makers who build this beloved oddity. The few gripes I can make about the kit is the roof is not molded to the body so it is very difficult to line it up. The second is some of the parts are too small and delicate and are easily damaged when trying to cut them off the tree. The third is offer some actual white wall tires, hand painting them is a hassle to get the tires to look right. Anyway, it was great to actually build a model again since it has been 10 years since the last one I built. Enjoy!!!!!
