Now that car looks like it's ready to take on a drive up a nice back road, such as the road between Wickenburg and Jerome, Arizona (via Prescott) or up the Angeles Crest Highway outside of Los Angeles.

you do awsome work, is that carpet on the interior i see? is that from the kit or did you add that?

The carpet is embossing powders from an arts and crafts store. Just use Elmers white glue slightly deluted, put a heavy coat on the area you want to cover and dump the embossing powder heavily without touching it for at least 3 minutes. Turn the part around and get rid of the excess powder and Wala!!! You have a scale carpet!!!Cool [8D]

Gotta say, cruz--you've got a knack, man. You must have a heck of an impressive collection!

Beautiful work yet again!

You do some great work! What do you use to polish the paint?

And the blue RX-7 on your photobucket account.. I've got the same kit, did you have any problems with it? It looks great as well. I actually don't think there was anything on there that I didn't like!

For the polishing I use a polishing kit with 3200 to 12000 grit clothes, after that I use Maguiars Cleaner Wax as my last step to get rid of all the small scratches. I also use a Chamois instead of cotton cloth or flannel to rub. The blue RX-7 went together very well without any problems at all!!! Thanks.
