Scale Corrugated Tubing?

I have used plastruct plastic tubing that I ran through a tap and die to put a thread on the outside and on the inside at either end. It looked great once it was painted black and I striped it.

 You could also investigate bendable straws...see if you can get straws that are all beds and no straights parts...just a thought.

Think "plastic dryer hose" here...

Wrap a piece of wire around  a metal rod the same diameter as the ID of your tube..properly space the coils... then wrap plumbers teflon tape over the top of the wire.. remove the core and you have a flexible duct, like a dryer hose, a brake duct on a nascar, ora carburator duct on a dragracer....

I use solder wound around a mandrel and flattened out. Gives a nice conduit look.
