DARTH VAPOR?? Hey, guy, the best place to find what your looking for is the model railroad dept . in your L.H.S. The CORNERSTONE line should have something you need or even some of the other model railroad detail companies. good searching.    tankerbuilder

I use solder wound around a mandrel and flattened out. Gives a nice conduit look.

I don't know how strong you want it to be, but you can use heavy duty aluminum foil formed over the threaded portion of an appropriately sized bolt. This of course is very delicate.

Think "plastic dryer hose" here...

Wrap a piece of wire around  a metal rod the same diameter as the ID of your tube..properly space the coils... then wrap plumbers teflon tape over the top of the wire.. remove the core and you have a flexible duct, like a dryer hose, a brake duct on a nascar, ora carburator duct on a dragracer....

500 started, none finished....

I have used plastruct plastic tubing that I ran through a tap and die to put a thread on the outside and on the inside at either end. It looked great once it was painted black and I striped it.

You could also investigate bendable straws...see if you can get straws that are all beds and no straights parts...just a thought.

Wound musical instrument strings. For something that big, you will probably need a low bass string. As sold, these strings have a steel core. Cut the length you need, pull the steel core, and you have a flexible "corrugated" tube.

Scale Corrugated Tubing?

Does anyone know a source for scale corrugated tubing? I'm not sure of the exact scale, but I'm looking for something about 1/8" in diamater and a few inches long.

Thanks.
