Go to the library and look at a copy of Model Airplane News. RCers frequently scratch build, and there is a place, Bob's something, that advertises in that mag for very complete plans and photo packages. However, those plans are quite expensive- more so than many plastic kits.
There are also a number of books that are anthologies of plans. Model magazines used to feature scale drawings by one of several masters. These drawings are old, but new anthologies are frequently republished.
I have looked through all the books I have- drawings by Wylam and Matt, and can find no zero. Almost all of Matt's drawings are of US mfgs.
Your remaining option are books on that particular aircraft. Some will have drawings, some not.
BTW, to be clear, I am assuming you want scale drawings- three views showing the finished airplane, not a set of instructions on how to build a model.
