Easiest way is to get a vacuum chamber. Search for desiccant chambers and find a simple chamber that uses your air compressor with a venturi valve to create the vacuum. You can normaly get one for about $50-$80 and a valve for $20.

That takes care of air bubbles in resin and helps get all the resin into the fine details. Pour then place the mold in the vacuum till cured. All the chambers come with a stop valve that will hold the vacuum for several hours. They are not as great for de-airing RTV mold rubber, but certainly help.

Take this plastic and model it!

Yes now that I actually pay attention to the thread I see that it is AH1Wsnake that has the pain (figuratively speaking).

Well sense you don't have any pain you should find some. I find that it is a wonderful motivator. Such as "this stove is hot perhaps I should move my hand", "this truck on my chest puts painful pressure on me", or "I have some many kits perhaps I should not buy anymore til I have finished some".
