I haven't had to build an airliner in over 6 years, I forgot how simple these kits really are.  Here is Minicraft's MD-82 built OOB.

Great looking bird!!  Did you use Alclad II or Bare Metal Foil for the finish?

That is beautiful.  As an old MDD employee I have wanted to build a decent DC-9 or variant for quite awhile.  This post convinces me that Minicraft kit is worth building!

It went together very easily, only filler needed was around the cockpit windows, but since I was using the decal windows this was an easy fix.  The build really was painless.

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.
