Airbus A350-900 paper model
Posted by N96HBK on Monday, December 14, 2015 1:43 AM

Hello,

Recently I have been building a 1/300 scale paper model of an A350 XWB. This model was originally designed by a Belgium Designer, Bruno Vanhecke, but I decided to correct the cockpit windows. I used Revell's 1/144 A350 decals, and I vectorised it using Inkscape. Paper models are so good because you can change it to any airline you want!!!!Stick out tongueThen I rescaled it to 1/300 and moved it to the model. I deleted the cockpit windows, then I placed the decal and aligned it, checking three times just in case. If you don't measure the parts, the parts will not lign up correctly. I am building it, and it seems to be really nice. There is no other A350 paper model available, so this is the one and only existing.

I cannot post a photo yet.....I don't know how to upload from my pc. Can anyone help?:)

You need a hosting site such as Photo Bucket, Flicker, Imageshack ETC. You copy the URL of that pic from the hosting site and insert it in the source area when you click on the "insert/edit image" icon on the tool bar.

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

The insert image icon is the one that looks like one frame of a roll of photo film, which may not be readily apparent to many millenials who have never seen a roll of exposed photo film.
