Gee! That almost looks like the one I flew. Only difference? The stripes and stuff were Green. For a Pusher prop plane it flew well.

I used Warbird (Scale-Master) Decals white stripes for the meeting edges of the canopies, the rest of the frames were hand painted with Tamiya white. The canopies don't fit too bad, (or all that great), and there is a slight difference between the jet and prop versions so it's advisable to keep track of which plane they go on during assembly.
The pitot tube is a steel straight pit cut and filed down to size. While the ½ gram in the nose was enough to keep the nose wheel on the ground, the pin doesn't hurt especially with the prop on the rear.

Scale-Master I repainted the interiors and replaced the seatbelts. The prop version gets red stabilizers.

Never did fly the Bede. And never finished my Vari-eze- costs got to high and wife canceled project. Did get a chance to fly a friend's Vari-eze (from back seat) on flight from Jeff City to St. Louis.

They are pretty simple kits. Fit is about average, a little seam sanding is needed. The elevators don't fit exactly square so a little filler is needed if you align them properly. Ironically one is skewed one direction and the other is opposite. They look like the same part but have different numbers. (Maybe I should have swapped them...?)
The instructions call out for 1 gram of weight in the nose, but even using lead there is only room for about 1/2 gram, but that seems to be enough to make them nose heavy.
I cut the pitot tubes off the noses and will replace them with wire.
I'll do them as shown on the box art using the kit decals.
