Deceptive packaging from Tamiya?

Hello. I recently purchased the new Tamiya Russian Infantry Anti-Tank team 1/35 scale set, item # 35306. As I opened the package, I noticed that the weapons and the figures were molded seperately. The weapons look nice and crisp, but the figures looked terrible. Lots of flash, and poor detail, not typical of the standard Tamiya 1/35 scale figures. The figures are in a reseable plastic bag. Products that Tamiya have been releasing using old ICM figures come in this bag. The same kind the limited edition Tamiya Modern Elite Infantry Accessory Set, and the Modern Soviet Infantry set (Afghan-Soviet War) come in. I just think it is unfair that Tamiya is going to sell old crappy ICM figures, and not properly label that on the box. They did the same thing for their recently released German 3.7 FLAK 37 Anti-Aircraft Gun w.Crew. Those figures in the package are ICM, but they come with Tamiya helmets. However, Tamiya never tells you that on the package. At least they printed that on the limited edition sets. If I knew the figures were made by another company, I would not have shelled out over twenty bucks for this model set. Not trying to be a pain, but I feel this is deceptive advertising. Anybody notice this also? Do you agree this is deceptive advertising? Is there a way to contact Tamiya and give them a piece of my mind? Thanks for your time.
