   Looking good! I like the wood on the rifle and the rough finish to the helmet. Was the helmet moulded with this finish or did you make that effect yourself?

Nice work!  I have to get one of those Hornet heads... did you do something to make the helmet surface rough?  I really like it!

thanks guys, on the helmet it was smooth so i just stippled on the paint with an old brush for the texture.

Excellent painting skills. Not only is the texture on the helmet great, even the coat he's wearing has the right texture of heavy wool.

The eyes are in shadow.  Did you do that with the painting, or is it natural shadows from taking the picture?  Looks very realistic to me.
