Oh wow fantastic job on the sculpting there. I've said for years I was going to try to sculpt some figures I can't find for sale but still haven't gotten around to it.

The scale 1s 1/16th, I sculpted the figure, It is done using old leftover sprue.

During the restepping of the masts last year
Note the rail on the aft edge. In combat, the topsails would have mostly covered the curved leading edge. (The lowest sail, the Course, is furled up while in combat; depending on the amount of wind, the topmost sail, the Topgallant, might be furled as well.)
With some sailors for scale

These are a few update pictures of a Cont. Marine firring from the fighting top. This coat of paint is used to find flaws in the sculpting and is not ment tobe a primer coat.
