Drill a hole into the torso the size of the new neck. You may need to use sveral successive bits to do this. You may also want to shorten the neck, as well. The deeper hole will make for a much stronger bond than just gluing the head on.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

i am trying to change the head on my 1/35 tamiya figure using some heads that i bought from historex but my figure looks weird. the neck is thinner on the new head than the original so my man now looks like an ostrich!!

can anyone help me with this process please maybe i should have drilled out a cavity for the neck?

aaaaargh......i should have kept it simple!!
