                        I agree, his skin tone looks a little dark, but that may be the camera. A nice job painting the clothes and details though!

                        This guy has a good tan. But one thing, the area around his eyes where his goggles  would be should be significantly lighter than the rest of his face. His Mae West should be a brighter yellow. Good job overall.
