Looks good, good compsition, nicely painted, well chosen figures.
Two things, both re: the groundwork.
First, it looks too flat, like they're on the green at a golf course. Nature doesn't provide sufaces that flat. Critters making tunnels, forst heaves, roots and more cause some unevenness to the ground. I always add at least a thin layer of celluclay to get a more organic look.
Second, the brick wall looks way out of place. There's no debris and no indication of why it's there. You might better fill that spoace with a tree trunk or rock from Armand Bayardi availiable in the diorama aids and groundwork section at www.milminwh.com" target="_blank" title="http://www.milminwh.com">Military Miniatures Warehouse
Also, be careful of mold seams. The guy stirring the pot looks like he ahas a big seam running through his hat and down the side of the apron.
