As the title suggests, I'm searching for figures (not busts) of Ernesto "Che" Guevara. So far, all I've found is a rather pricey (about $45 with shipping) 54mm figure by Andrea. which looks like this:
I am hoping to make a small vignette/diorama depicting him next to or on one of the sherman-variant tanks from one of his/Castro's victorious rebellions.
Something along the lines of this:
And, since the sherman I would use would most likely be in 1/35, I would have to use a 1/35 "Che" figure. Since as far as I am aware, there are none of these, I will have to patch my own together. The torso/body shouldn't be too hard, but I'm not sure where to find a head with a beret and thick curly hair. I realize I'll have to modify the head quite a bit, but has anyone seen any heads that resemble the basic face at all? Hopefully that makes sense.
Thanks, Ian.
