Ok. I wasn't sure that I didn't miss something... Well, if you have anything that was started and not too terribly far into the build, feel free to enter it!

Say, did I miss something in the SW GB? If you want this added, I'd be more than happy to put it on page 1. Flaws aside, it looks excellent! And really, who cares if there's some warpage?
Nah.I started this thing years ago.It doesn't qualify.Thanks anyway.

I'm gonna chime in with my kudos, as well!  Great work on that and thank you much for sharing.  The panel work is what makes it stand out from most of those that you see finished, IMNSHO.

You could perhaps justify the lack of boarding ramp by saying that it's retracted for a troop drop over some planet or something.  Big Smile [:D]

Now that's a nice bit of inspiration to start one of the kits I have in the stash.  It looks really nice!

Thanks.And go for it!

Good eyes.I was wondering when some body would notice that.I do have it however.I lost track of it when I packed up the stash to move into the wife's house.I had no idea where it was.Luckily,it was in the box with the A-Wing I recently completed. This situation will be corrected as soon as I feel like putting that boarding ramp in place. This kit will be tough to handle with the wings and dorsal attached.

you forgot to add the boarding ramp under the chin. It is a very important part of the model.

Well I'm delighted to see that you did not abandon the kit completely. She looks superb, brilliant and a couple of more compliments, great work.

Very nice. Subtle paint differences on the panels really stand out.

Looks real big. How large is it?

I never did unwarp the dorsal.Too big and too stiff.I just resprayed over the old paint. There are many flaws not evident in the photos.I want to do this kit again and get it really right.

Looks great!  I have built 2 of these in the past, one lost in a move and the other destroyed in a fall.  Hopefully the 3rd time will be the charm and no disasters will occur.

Did you use just the original panel lines etc. or build up details with scribing, sheet styrene plating and such?

Thanks.I've been experimenting with Tamiya weathering powders. If not for the quick and easy results achieved with the powder (gunmetal in this case) this bad boy would still be on the shelf.Using the powder is what motivated me to finish it.

Looks really good.  I like your slight weathering effects.
