This is the place that bought Polar Lights and AMT's stuff.  They've been rereleasing the Star Trek stuff and get the liscences to do new stuff.

I have all the contact info thanks, its just getting them to call or email back, i just went and got another kit. a store with customer service like this. I would not order from them. end of issue

Minor point, but, they're not a "store or hobby shop". They're a manufacturer. Perhaps if you address your inquiry to 'customer service' it would help to get it into the right hands although I have no idea what to expect?

Best of luck to you.

I went through Customer service, email,  parts ordering, and phone messages. with no responce, and yes they do sell to the public, I got my part, buying another kit, from my local HS so things are fine now, but I have no use for Round 2 Hobbies. my guess is they wont be here next year.

Ouch then.

I would have hoped for more from them too?Sigh [sigh]

It's too bad you had trouble getting thru to them. I have read on other forums what great customer service they have. But not everyone or company is perfect. Sometimes stuff just happens.

As for your guess that they 'wont be here next year", not likely they are going away. They have a ton of stuff coming out with major franchises being covered with everything from new Trek to an all new orginal series Batmobile and lots in between.

Oh and anyone needing a part replaced it's interesting that they will do it if made after a specific date when yhey took over. See the link below for further details.

It's O.K. dude. We all have tempers. We all get frustrated at some point and time. Sometimes we just have to "vent" to someone.

It's not a minor point at all.  Round2 doesn't deal direct with the public for sales, they are a manufacturer.  Do you think if you email Johnson and Johnson you'd be able to order a case of baby powder from them? Wink [;)]

They won't even deal with retailers like myself.  When I contacted them they referred me to their list of wholesale distributors, 2 of which I now do business with.  If you're looking for kits, let me know and I can get you what you need.
