I started work on a Moskva class tug the USS Taurus NCC-446 in 1:1000 scale to go with my Polar Lights TOS 1701. The Moskva class is one of Masao Okazaki's designs from Starfleet Museum. Heres a sneak peek:

So far the project is made up of thermal form shapes from styrene, PVC for the container, and plexi-glass here and there. After all the fit work is done I'll cast it into its 14 main parts and scribe panel lines in them as the formed sheet styrene is a little to thin to take the detail.
