That's absolutely amazing... but rather tragic as well!
If I was building anything like that, I'd either make sure I had some sort of structure to keep it in to protect it from the elements, or I'd build it out of something durable/weatherproof like aluminium. Even if it didn't get wrecked by a storm like this one did, a wooden Falcon (or any other similar model) would start to deteriorate if left outside exposed to the weather, with rot, warping, paint fading and peeling, etc.
