Here is my 2nd Gundam subject. I don"t know allot about Gundam, I just thought it looked cool. It's box stock, painted with Floquil RR colours, MM enamels and craft paints. It's from Seed Destiny.

I would be happy to introduce you to the gundam universe.

Some people spend their whole lives wondering if they made a difference. Gundams don't have that problem.

I agree with CJ, I love the colors and how they look.  I just did a couple of SDs with Tamiya paints and it looks so bright compared to yours.  I love how yours looks a little flatter, and more like a cartoon to me, which is how I think an SD should look.  I'd love to know how you get that type of color, like is it a technique or just the types of paint you are using?

If at first you do succeed, try to hide your astonishment.

I build allot of armor so I use some of the same techniques that i use for that. The paints are all flat. Floquil has their Rail Road colors. Most are flat and come in interesting colors. I happen to use enamels mostly. I also use Model Master flat enamels that I also use for armor. The only trick is to use a flat clear like Dullcoat etc. That on top of the wild colors gives it that effect.
