The Dragon kit was originally released under the Panda label. In addiiton to the Burke they also did the USS Cole, the only differnence was the decals. Mine didn't even have enough hull numbers to do the kit as boxed.
As noted in the linked review, the hull is covered with hundreds of "pimples". These bumps are supposed to represent the inhaul padeyes for the crew working over the side. They should be ~1-inch U-shapes of wire. Sand them off. Replace them with wire if you're really anal.
The hull bilge-keels are also too large/bulky. If you sand them off you sand into the hull, so be prepared to back them with some sheet styrene before sanding. Replace them with some strip stock.
The flight deck has raised markings. Sand them off or replace the deck with some sheet styrene.
Some of the hatches are wrongly shaped or too large. If you have a mind to, sand them off and replace with PE versions.
