One Saturday I had some time to kill and stopped in at a hobby shop. On the door of the store was a flyer advertising a modeling club in Columbia County. Looking closer I notice it's meeting in my little community of six thousand residents. After returning home I'm kinda excited about checking it out. After all I'd built a couple kits 25 years ago. Well, one of the poor saps that had to listen to my banter was a neighbor and father of one of the daycare kids my wife looked after. He just laughed at me and said "it's my club!". Well, I had a couple kits sitting in the garage. A Monogram Lee tank, Glencoe BB3, and a Revell Arizona. The BB3 I bought at a garage sale for $10 and am currently working on that. My 8th grade son decided to join me so I gave him my Lee tank. Coincedently, I had bought that kit when I was in 7th or 8th grade. Imagine, I bought a kit when I was 13 only to give it to my own 13 year old son years later.
My friend Bob H. (and president of our local club) has been on me to post here what I've been doing so this is my start. I'm not sure it's worthy but I'll take a shot. I've borrowed heavily from a particular build I found on line at:

and wouldn't be right to not mention his name: Marcos Serra (Panzerserra)
So thank you Mr. Serra for your posts and pictures. I hope you are not dissappointed with my attempt to mimic your work.
I'll be adding pictures and explanations soon as soon as I figure out how.
