ARV Club 1/350 I-58 Finished
Posted by fermis on Thursday, July 21, 2011 6:54 PM

This was a nice little kit. PE rails were about a nightmare, everything else was quite nice. Finished with MM enamels, wash and pastels.

The deck was brush painted with Testor enamels.

Hope you enjoyed the show!Toast

I was just reading about the kaitens yesterday. Seems like many higher-ups weren't on board with the project, despite their endorsement of Kamikazes. Not too successful despite the principle behind them. Pick your poison on the worse of the two. Yuck. No

Nice build Fermis, and yes Manny on this was the mojo that did in the Indy.

Manstein's revenge

I just can't condone kittens being involved in war...

Well, we all know how the Russians felt about dogs. Sad

Beautiful work!  I like those AFV Club boats!  Now, if they would make a Type IX!
