I have the Tamiya kit of this in 1/700, yours is very nicely done and something to shoot for.
Wonder what those torps are doing on the outside of the ship?
fermis, I ran out of words to describe your phenomenal work a looong time ago so all I'm going to say is

Well, we all know how the Russians felt about dogs.
I was just reading about the kaitens yesterday. Seems like many higher-ups weren't on board with the project, despite their endorsement of Kamikazes. Not too successful despite the principle behind them. Pick your poison on the worse of the two. Yuck.
Nice build Fermis, and yes Manny on this was the mojo that did in the Indy.
Very nicely weathered.Really sets it off.
Wow Fermis, your great diversity is showing, nice looking boat you got there !!
Hmmmmmm...that MOJO has Kaitens on it as well...
Excellent work, Fermis!
I'm from the government and I'm here to help.
I love your ARV (AFV?) Japanese sub and want to depth-charge her...
Hey, that's he I-58, the MOJO that sank the Indy!!!
This was a nice little kit. PE rails were about a nightmare, everything else was quite nice. Finished with MM enamels, wash and pastels.
The deck was brush painted with Testor enamels.
Hope you enjoyed the show!
