I've got this kit also, I picked it up off the clearance rack at Hobby Lobby last month,  however my instructions are all in English.

If you would like a copy, let me know & I'll scan them at work Monday & send it to you in a PDF file.  My home scanner is down so I'll have to do it at work.

Here's a photo of how mine came out and those coins in the corner are 1500+ year old Roman coins, not quite as old as the ship being depicted but I have a few old coins and added it to the display.

I solved that problem by getting a South Korean in my class to translate the instructions for me.  Tomorrow I can look for them, scan them and post them on here for you.  Not everything is translated but I don't know where you'd find the translated instructions.
