I like it! Makes me wonder if it was ever kitted, in resin or styrene.  With that handle, you ought to do the PT73 next.

That really does remind me of the Minnow, McHale. NIce representation.

I agree with GM, you should introduce yourself in the welcome section.

Keep modeling and welcome to FSM.

Probably the coolest part of this McHale, is you've gone and created something from very little to go on, other than a few seconds of footage in a tv show.

I've been modeling ships for about 45 years, and it's pretty hard to work from photographs only.

I have never heard of any drawings, plans etc. ever available for the Minnow either.

"i need to find some appropiate sized figures to make the castaways first..."

That actually sounds like a fun project in and of itself.

McHale, 1/64 is a model railroad scale called "S".

There's tons of stuff available including figures.

Welcome McHale, and thanks for sharing your build.  It is a very unique subject that seems to never be modeled of a very famous boat.

Hi LON !

Seems to me the only boat that comes close , was one kitted a long time ago by Sterling - For R.C. The Wheeler Cruiser by AURORA is what I would like to find .Now if Mc Hale would just tell me what kind of engine it's got I would be happy ! .
