If you are not experienced with cyanoacrylate CA (aka super glue) the best procedure is to pre-fit the parts twice to make sure they fit properly. Take the CA glue use a very little and smooth it out as thin as possible put the part in straight in to position and hold it for a second as the glue hardens. It is now attached.

Chasing the ultimate build.

Plastic styrene glues won't work, need CA's or epoxy.

Be super careful if you do any sanding or sawing on resin parts.  The dust can be very irritating to the lungs.  A good respirator is essential.

Washing resin is always good,a good scrubbing if possible. Also priming helps when painting.

You never know. it can't hurt, so they should do it.

A little liquid dish soap and water, a good rinse.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

May I ask a question about the resin parts that I'm getting from MILICAST? They're resin - does that mean my builder will need to specially wash them or anything before gluing them to the plastic model or to paint them?
