Has anyone had experience placing either Pontos or Artwox wooden decks on Tamiya 1/350 USS Missouri? If so, would you recommend scuffing the kits styrene deck with steel wool and perhaps putting a thin coat of dull coat clear on prior to installing these decks? Or, does the adhesive on the wooden decks do alright over time without the need to do either?
