It's 1/72nd but sometimes it looks like it might be a bit larger somehow.  I once drove through Naha before I left Okinawa and saw a line of these boats sitting along the dock.  Even then they looked formidible.

 

Number had the distinction of engaging a North Korean gunboat in their waters.  They had been sent out with another boat to see what was going on and the gunboat fired on them.  It was a short battle.
