I'd have to strongly agree that PT 109's deck was not painted in "Deck Blue, 20-B" in the photos of her stowed on the deck of the JOSEPH P. STANTON.

Although the photos are in black & white, they show the boat's hull (save the bottom paint), deck, and topsides structures to be all the same shade, probably "Dark Gray 5-D."

PT-109 could have been in Measure 14, John Snyder or Tracy White can verify this for you, but I don’t see Deck Blue on her decks on board the JOSEPH P. STANTON.  Though, I could be mistaken.  This is from the Snyder & Short website for Measure 14.
Vertical Surfaces:
Vertical surfaces from boot-topping to top of superstructure masses, Ocean Gray 5-O.
Pole masts, yards, slender upper works above level of top superstructure masses, Haze Gray, 5-H.
Horizontal Surfaces:
Horizontal surfaces, Deck Blue, 20-B.
Wood Decks.
Wood decks except on submarines and carriers shall be darkened to the color Deck Blue.  Deck Blue paint shall be used in lieu of stain for this purpose.
Canvas Covers.
Canvas covers visible from the outside vessel are to be dyed a color corresponding to Deck Blue.

We've extended our vacation after the IPMS Nats.   I'm away from home and do not have access to my references.  But I THINK that it was 5H Haze Gray. Fairly certain the decks were 20B Deck Blue

Probably something similar to Deck Blue, with Ocean Gray, or maybe 5N. This needs Tracy White's input

PT109 was delivered in grey with blue decks.   There are photos on Navsource of her on board a tanker enroute to the Pacific which supports this.

Painted locally in SW Pacific into green
