Japanese Subs
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 12:05 PM
Are there good kits of Japanese subs (class I, RO, or CHI) out there? just read a good book and have a couple dirama ideas.
BTW, the book was "I-boat Captain" by Zenji Orita who was Cdr. at the end of WWII.

Skywave makes a couple of 1/700 scale I-boats.

I'd like a larger scale, but if I have to settle...
I was thinking of I-400 class mainly, has any one built one? Does the sail have the proper offset?
