FYI 688 New anti-fouling shade

Just in case anyone here is interested in this; 688s are being painted in a new way now. The entire hull with the exception of the portion that is exposed when surfaced and the torpedo doors, sonar dome and the after cone that includes the rudders and dive planes, is being done in a what appears to be a gunship gray finish (flat). I don't know for sure about the Tridents but would say they will probably get the same treatment. The other surfaces mentioned above are still getting the semi gloss/satin black finish as in the past.
