Deck? Painted? Nope, this is no injection molded kit.
You're looking at wood planking... and not scribed sheet either, but 1/16" wide individual strips with black caulking lines between them, and then a very thin wash to simulate both the natural weathered grey and the remains of the 1944 soot application- which I like but is highly debatable!
