We can't see them, if you go into account options, which is right above the add pictures dialog when you first log into photobucket, then right underneath the URL to your page there is a line that says "make public" if you check yes we can all see your album...

I use my wifes hair!

She doesn't know it, but all my antenna wires are thanks to her and her hair brush.

As for pics, first you need a website to host them for you.

I tried your technique, (thank you for your reply BTW) and it worked. but then I got greedy and tried it again, so it would be even better! and I melted it. Classic!

so I'm making a new wire.. and this time I will resiste the temptation to over do it.

superglue and accelerator. the accelerator sets the glue in 1 second or less. then use rick's method. let us see some pics, wont ya ?

First, welcome to the Forum . The procedure I use is to first glue the antenna to the radio mast or forward most anchor point. You can use CA or white glue. After that has set, glue it to the rear anchor point, but note that the antenna should be slightly longer than needed so that no tension is on the wire. There will be a slight sag at this point. After the glue has completely set, bring a heat source near the wire. It will sag a litte when heated. Immediately remove the heat source when you see the sag & the antenna will snap up nice & taught. For a heat source, I use a small portable hair dry blower, but you could also use a freshly extinguished match, a lit cigarette, a screw driver blade heated over a candle, etc. Takes a little practice to avoid melting the antenna, but is really pretty easy to do.
