A pin vice is kinda like a little drill that will grip a very small bit. It is hand turned so you have a lot of control with it. Available at any good hobby store or mail order site.
For rivets try a little dab of white glue applied with a pin head, works pretty good.

hi all could some one please take the time to tell me how i can drill some small holes along the leading edge of the wing i want to replace mgs and radio antenna and in some kits the instructions say to drill holes in wings for certain loads and pylons would i need a pin vise? what is a pin vise do hannetts or squadron sell these also how could i replace raised rivots which i have sanded off along matting lines of some ac many thanks
