If you decide to go ahead with the one that you pick, buy a 50-75' airhose to go with it so that you can put the compressor in the garage and pipe in to air to your work area. Noise is usually the biggest complaint about the cheap compressors.
If budget is a real issue, Habor Freight does have a 100 psi hobby compressor which should be quiet enough for indoor use. But its reliability is an unknown factor.
