I am so bored after sitting here for roughly six weeks at home following my motorcycle accident I actually took out an airbrush and contemplated painting on the LAV-25 that I need to finish. I even had the paint and thinner out but alas I didn't paint. Maybe tomorrow.

You could............
If you don;t want to paint the kit until you're better, you could do doodles with water colors on paper just for practice.
Hope ya feel better soon.
Just put some paint in the cup and DO IT!!!

I agree with the doog - just do it!
Worst thing that could happen is you ruin the airbrush and blow up your house! Just kidding. Unless you're painting with nitroglycerine...

Sorry to hear about your accident, but glad to hear that you're recuperating.
I have to say, though, that my procrastination/hesitation would come out much earlier, before I'd ever break out the brush, paint and thinner. If I've got the brush out, the compressor fired up, and the paint out, something's gonna get painted
