Pancake compressor

Hi Offduty.

As long as you can regulate it down to the required psi it does not matter how much it can put out. It has a tank on it from what I can see on google so it sounds ideal.

Thanks for the fast reply Snibs that is good news because the compressor is almost new and now I don't have to shell out more $$$. I checked the regulator and it will turn down to almost no pressure. Thanks again.

I have a pancake style compressor that is the only thing I have ever used since starting with an airbrush. I did install a water trap on mine but it really has never missed a lick.

I used one for several years, and it worked fine.  Was noisy as the devil, however. I eventually replaced it with a quiet compressor made for airbrush work.  I wore earphones, the big over the ear type, plugged into my shop radio, when I used that pancake compressor but it certain worked fine for airbrushing.

I have it in another room and plumbed into my paint room for spraying wood projects so the noise level is low. I will add the moisture trap as jester75  recommended good idea.
