Ok, I've been having some fairly stupid problems with my aztec airbrush. I'm 100% positive that the nozzle has some paint residue (hell, I can see it when I hold it up to the light) and a result is a spray pattern that's comming out of the airbursh at a rather extreme angle, as opposed to straight out. Suffice to say, I'm not happy, as it's a nightmare to spray with the thing now.
Anyways, I've left the thing soaking in thinner, and it did nothing. I've read the posts concerning this, and the one option I haven't tried yet is opening up the nozzle. As I've said, I've read the posts, but I'm still confused as to how I'm supposed to open and disassemble the nozzle.
Any descriptions, suggestions, diagrams, anything, would be more than helpful as I'm getting really frustrated. I really don't want to go and buy a new nozzle.
Also, one more question. When I purchased the airbrush, it came with a detail and wide coverage acrylic nozzle and detail and wide nozzle regular (i assume enamel) paint nozzle. What's the difference? I only use acrylics, so will there be a problem if I use the non-acrylic nozzle with acrylic paints?
Please help
