As MikeV says, their customer service can't be beat.
I sent them an email this morning asking about a part for my airbrush. Got an answer about an hour later telling me the part number and where I can order it.
Got another email about an hour after that from the president of Badger, Ken Schlotfeldt. He said, "I just received a copy of your email exchange with our info@badgerairbrush.com email center." and that they had given me the wrong part number. He went on to say, "If not, let us know who you ordered it from so we can contact them and correct the order for you before shipment is made."
Now, let's analyze this a bit ... first he says that he "just received a copy of your [my] email" which indicates that the president of Badger looks at the tech support messages. First
Second he took the time to let me know, immediately, that they had maed a mistake with the part number. Second
Finally, he didn't say he was writing to let me know the part number was wrong so that **I** could correct the order before it was shipped, he said, "so **we** [emphasis mine] can contact them and correct the order for you before shipment is made". Third
Find me many other companies that would do that. There aren't many at all, and when I find one I remember it. In fact, when I find one that treats me the other way I remember that to
