I spray Testors Dullcoat (Lacquer) over Future and MM acrylic with no problems. Just make certain to let the Acrylic cure for a couple of days and spray light coats of the testors lacquer. The Dullcoat will dry almost instantly when lightly atomized and will not harm the acrylic.

With this said, it should act the same over Tamiya acrylic paints.
